About Me: I have been teaching for ten years, working with students at the elementary, intermediate, and middle school levels. Teaching is something I truly love, and I enjoy getting to know my students, building relationships with them, and helping them grow both academically and personally.

Outside of school: I love hiking the hills with my two pups, looking for sheds, being in the sun, and listening to Ella Langley.

About Me: Though this is my first year with my own classroom, I have been a teacher my entire life. From helping my peers in math in elementary school, to teaching my hobbies like piano and skiing, I love working with students to help them reach their fullest potential.

Outside of School: I love going on crazy outdoor adventures, like canyoneering or white water rafting, playing/writing music, and spending time with the people I care most about.

About Me: I have known since I was 8 years old that I wanted to be a teacher! I was blessed in 2007 to be selected for a scholarship in Clark County to achieve my dreams to become a special education teacher. I spent 8 years of my career as the Assistant Academic Director at a treatment center where I learned how to foster a trauma-informed classroom and assist students with mental health issues. This will be my third year at Hurricane Middle School and my favorite subject to help students with is math!

Outside of School: I get the pleasure of working at HMS with my husband, Mr. Mills, who is a science teacher here! We share three wonderful children with one heading to college at Utah Tech, a sophomore and HHS, and our 9th grader who is at Utah Arts Academy. In our spare time we like to travel and play video games!

About Me: I grew up in Ohio and moved to Utah when I was 18 years old. I started my teaching career in Northern Utah, but I absolutely love living down here in Hurricane! I have a great husband, 4 kids, and the cutest dog ever.

Outside of School: I love to travel and visit new places! When I am home, you will find me reading, hiking, watching great movies, or playing pickleball.
