School Land Trust/ Community Council Meeting
December 5th 2023

1) Joe Gubler (Math teacher) did a power point presentation on how we compare with other schools on our math scores and how we have improved.
2) Discussed how to keep our students safe with the use of digital technology
3) Went over the district policy#3700
4) Talked about our goals for this year: Improve 8th grade math scores, help our ELL/ESL students, as well as the SPED department
5) We would like to reduce class sizes and encourage teachers to go to Professional Development training for the upcoming year.
Next meeting will be held on Jan. 23rd 2024
We will discuss our school accreditation. Areas that we did well on and areas that we need to improve.
