Once you do you can save the address to get to it faster
Go to the three lines up in the left hand corner
Go down and click on My Time and then to the left Timesheet. Go to Current if still current, and to see the previous click on the little arrow next to the date
Make sure everything looks correct and then click submit in the upper right of sheet
Shaun discussed with the Community Council members what the Council/School could do to be better:
Chuck Gwilliam and Jeff Madsen both suggested talking more to the kids and learn from them what they think would improve the school.
Nic Lauritzen talked about how, as a school, we could help the Hispanic community feel more welcome and ways to include them more in our Back to School nights and Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Mr. Jaggi explained:
The School Improvement Plan, Staffing, and Budget.
SLT money and TSSA money and where best it could go for the benefit of the school.
Community Council members took a tour to visit the At Risk classroom. This is the intervention room where Ms. V helps the kids that are failing classes. She goes over their grades and attendance with the students and their parents.

The meeting started with Melissa Bringhurst (Chair) welcoming everyone and read how we want to focus on improving issues rather than complaining about them. Open-minded opinions and conversations without dominating the discussion; She turned the meeting over to Mr. Jaggi.
Discussion on: Digital Technology update (school Safety)
Jeff madsen opened up the meeting then turned the time over to Shaun Jaggi, principal.
Mr Jaggi addressed what the school was doing to protect the students from harmful social media. He talked about our school data and where we stood with the other schools in the district. We are doing good in Language Arts and Science. Our biggest challenge is Math We are sending our Math teachers to a conference to learn additional skills in math over spring break.
Jarom Healey went over the data and showed how he could follow all the students that were failing. Every Monday he would send a report out to the teachers.
We talked a little about our ELL students and how we might make them feel more a part of the school community.
STL money review and voted affirmative for the plan for school year 2024-2025. Pending school board approval to determine if a meeting is needed in March. If approved no addition meeting needed, if not approved will need to meet in March.
May need to adjust the number of members on the community council board.
Explained the accreditation process as our school is going through this now.
Joe explained the information gathered from Data Gateway and how our school Is doing. Discussed USBE HMS school performance (This is a school report card). Also, discussed how his new math program is working and what results we hope to see from this new platform.
Professional Development funding for teacher training.
Jeff asked how the community council could help, reduce class sizes by offering more classes
Performance Matters is being utilized by the science department to help the science program improve student scores.
Will need to change the next meeting from February 27 to February 20.
